Workshops | Weekly Wrap-Up

This week our team has discussed even further, our plans for putting together helpful Workshops for those getting back into the workforce, or looking to change careers but don’t know where to start. As we are new to the Workshop scene, Claudia met with Anita, a Confidence & Performance Coach to discuss the best ways of approaching this to provide the most value to those who need it.

More details to come on this, so keep your eyes peeled!

Next week we will be attending one of Anita’s own Workshops, Inside Outside Confidence. We’ll give you an update on that next week, but registrations are still open to attend next Tuesday 25th September!

In case you missed it earlier in the week, our Monthly Blog went up, discussing ways to ensure you’re always communicating professionally with your Recruiter. Read more about The Art of Professional Communication.

If you’re not already following us on Instagram, check out our page. We’ve been working hard to post all sorts of tips, quotes, images of Melbourne and the like. Search for rusherrogers.

Until next week,

A Word from the Temp Desk

Repeat business is what we are all seeking in recruitment, this demonstrates that we have provided outstanding temp professionals in the past and the client is confident that we will provide the service and quality standards again. To further support that Rusher Rogers are an agency our clients are happy to work with, for new assignments our clients just want us to send the temp professional, they are not seeking resumes to review or any additional supporting information. That, in my experience, demonstrates a professional trust in our service and our temp professionals.

This supports the fact that our temp professionals are some of the best in the market. Our temp professionals have been interviewed by one of our Consultants, skill proficiency tested, working rights verified and fully referenced and temp assignment ready.
