Women in Business | Weekly Wrap-Up

A big thank you goes out to Angie Bui of VicSuper for her invitation to Business Week 2018 and the Women in Business series luncheon and expo. We got to listen to the inspirational high achiever, Nova Peris OAM and walked away with the clear message that anything is possible when you put your mind to it.  Just the sort of stuff that you need mid-week.

In case you missed them we posted a couple of great blogs during the week. The first penned by our very own Shiani Maddock outlining some great tips about how to approach psychometric testing that seem to put the fear of God into most of us. Shiani’s blog shares some strategies around how this doesn’t have to be the case… essential reading for any job seeker!

The second was a post put up by Steve Rogers concerning interview feedback, or rather the lack of it and how job seekers are more than a little fed up with the lack of communication and constructive feedback.  This issue is definitely on our radar as we make a better and conscientious effort to ensure that applicants get feedback that is informative but at the very least timely.
