Who knew that all it would take would be a jaffle-maker?
Seriously, the humble jaffle-maker has been the corner stone of our own internal wellness program and of course a few other things besides, but essentially, this has delivered the most bang-for-buck so far. Wellness programs are de rigueur aren’t they? My LinkedIn news feed is full of How-to’s and Why-to’s and of course it is also creeping into initial conversations when selling an organisation to a prospective candidate.
