Mental Health Week | Weekly Wrap-Up

Last week marked Mental Health week (7-13th October). This, as you are probably aware, is an annual national event which aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and well-being.  Awareness of mental health particularly in the workplace is for many organisations top of mind with dedicated and established well-being and support programs in place. Employee welfare has never been more important not only from a duty of care point of view but also from a talent acquisition and retention point of view.  For those organisations just embarking on this journey there are some very useful reference sites including this toolkit to get you started.

Last Thursday was also International Day of the Girl Child, a day that highlights and addresses the needs and challenges girls face, girl empowerment and fulfilment of their human rights.

Until next week,

Susie Rogers

A Word From The Temp Desk

I am really excited that our temp professional referrals from existing temp professionals has spiked in the past week. We have always enjoyed receiving these referrals but to see such a great increase indicates that the RR temp professionals value being part of the RR team.

Matilda is continuing to enjoy getting to know our temp professionals and is able to meet our clients and match the best temp professionals with the new assignment that she is discussing with the client… This supports the fact that our temp professionals are some of the best in the market and our Consultants truly understand our client requirements. Remember that our temp professionals have been interviewed by one of our Consultants, skill proficiency tested, working rights verified and fully referenced and temp assignment ready.
